As we wait for Blacc Hollywood which will be released August 19th by the way, Wiz Khalifa gives us another track featured on the album, “Promises”. A little different then what we expected, Young Khalifa shows us his R&B side. Produced by Jim Jonsin, the man that gave us Usher and Rozay’s “Lemme See,” Weezy’s “Lollipop” and a ton of other hits, “Promises” has that Kush & Orange Juice feel that we all know and love. Rico Love even got in the mix, helping Wiz write the record, so you already know what time it is. Listen to the track below and let us know what you think, do we love R&B Wiz or nah? To be fair, DisplayLink has had an active thread or two on their support forums regarding the Beta, and there was a fair bit of back-and-forth between one of their developers and several of us who were participating in the beta program. That isn't to say that DisplayLink didn't ultimately blame this on Apple and comment how they hope Apple will fix this in a forthcoming update. Unfortunately, for me, it renders my MBP less usable on days when I go in to the office as my company has installed Targus USB docks in most of the workspaces with dual monitors connected.
